A beauty queen, a fast food chain worker and a female wrestler are among the contestants who entered the 'Big Brother' house tonight (09.09.11).
Louise Cliffe - a former Miss Manchester - McDonalds worker Alex Rose and 19-year-old competitive wrestler Faye Palmer have been joined on the Channel 5 fly-on-the-wall series by trainee psychiatrist Aden Theobold, multi-lingual belly dancer Tashie Jackson and self-confessed lothario and dad-of-one Aaron Allard-Morgan.
Alex explained: "I do get a lot of comparisons to Barbie, and with the blonde hair and the fake tan I can see why. I work at McDonalds but I don't cook, I don't clean, I just stand at the front and take orders.
"I would give myself a 10 out of 10 for looks, but realistically I'm probably about a five because I'm probably not everyone's cup of tea."
Heaven Africa - a 30-year-old holistic healer, who describes herself as a "different species" from normal human beings - nightclub hostess Rebeckah Vaughan, record label boss Anton Murphy, toff-tastic entrepreneur Harry Blake and aspiring actress Maisy James will also be battling it out on the reality show.
Hollywood hopeful Maisy said: "The guy I'm seeing at the moment won't be happy to hear this, but I'm definitely single. I'm the type of girl who if I'm with someone and someone better comes along, I'll get involved. I love being the centre of attention."
Meanwhile, perma-tanned ladies' man and plumber Jay McKray - who works out six days a week - sales assistant Mark Henderson, who confesses to having a phobia of egg whites, and party animal shop worker Thomas O'Connell make up the 2011 'Big Brother' line-up.
Thomas said: "I'm bisexual and obviously I'm coming out when I go into the 'Big Brother' house. I don't know if I prefer boys or girls. I do like getting my c**k out though, especially when there are cameras around."
