Sally Bercow says CBB housemates on 'another planet'
Sally Bercow has confessed she is very disappointed to be the first person to be evicted from the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house and admits she struggled to cope with her fellow housemates.
'Celebrity Big Brother' evictee Sally Bercow struggled to deal with the other housemates because they were "on another planet".
The wife of the Speaker of the House of Commons became the first person to be booted off the reality TV show last night (26.08.11) and afterwards she admitted she found it difficult to cope with the big personalities she was living with.
Sally - who had to leave after getting less public votes than Kerry Katona and Bobby Sabel - said: "I wasn't ready for the la-la land of celebrity. Some of them were on another planet ... It was fun in there, most of the time, but it really is enough to drive any sane person bonkers."
Despite the difficulties she had in the house, the 41-year-old blonde believes the short experience has been good for her as a person.
And Sally - who received a mixture of boos and cheers when she left the house to be greeted by host Brian Dowling - is very disappointed to be the first person to be evicted and admits she was desperate to stay for longer.
She added to the Daily Star newspaper: "It's a bit embarrassing to be kicked out of the 'Big Brother' house first. I confess I didn't have a lot in common with the other housemates. But I do think I have grown.
"I went through so much s**t to get in I didn't want to be the first out so people could say, 'We told you.' "
'Celebrity Big Brother' continues on Channel 5 tonight (27.08.11).
