Sally Bercow has been evicted from the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house.
The Speaker's wife became the first person to leave this year's contest after more viewers voted to save Kerry Katona and Bobby Sabel
Sally hugged her housemates before the countdown began for her to leave the house, and her housemates gathered at the bottom of the stairs to wave her out of the building, where she was met with a mixed chorus of cheers and boos.
Sally was nominated for eviction by Kerry - who failed in a secret mission to be named the house's biggest diva and had to choose two people to face the public vote with her - but insisted she understood why the reality TV star chose her and Bobby.
She said: "It's my own fault because Kerry threw herself on the floor and did a tantrum like my three year old would do.
"In Kerry's position I would have nominated me because I ignored her totally after that tantrum, I thought she was a brat, and Bobby too because he didn't open up for the first four or five days."
Sally also explained why she cried after being nominated - because she was embarrassed about how the outside world would view her being voted out first.
She told host Brian Dowling: "I got really upset when I was nominated. I've got emotions, I'm human, my image isn't as someone who bursts into tears a lot but.. I was so upset just because I had to fight quite hard to get here and I just imagined people thinking, 'Haha, I told you that you'd be first out'. I was embarrassed."
'Celebrity Big Brother' continues on Channel 5 tomorrow (27.08.11).
