Celebrity Big Brother contestants enter house
Kerry Katona, Tara Reid, Amy Childs and Darren Lyons are among the stars who have entered the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house tonight.
Kerry Katona is one of 10 housemates who have entered the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house tonight (18.08.11).
The mother-of-four - who has battled drug and drink addiction in the past - was first to enter the infamous house followed by 'American Pie' actress Tara Reid, who got married in Greece on Sunday (14.08.11), and 'Big Fat Gypsy Weddings' star Paddy Doherty.
Former 'The Only Way is Essex' beauty Amy Childs - who quit the series to appear in the reality programme - paparazzo and media personality Darren Lyons and ex-'Waterloo Road' actor Lucien Laviscount are also part of the show.
Other stars in the series, which has been re-launched on Channel 5 following a decade on Channel 4, include Sally Bercow - the wife of House of Commons speaker John Bercow - model Bobby Sabel and David Hasselhoff's ex-wife of 18 years Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff.
Irish pop duo Jedward - John and Edward Grimes, who shot to fame on ITV1's 'X Factor' in 2009 - were the only act confirmed to be entering the house before tonight after their manager Louis Walsh let it slip yesterday (17.08.11) they would be taking part.
'Celebrity Big Brother' host Brian Dowling - who shot to fame when he won the fly-on-the-wall series in 2001, and last year triumphed in 'Ultimate Big Brother' - introduced the stars to the crowd before they entered the house, where the celebrities will spend three weeks.
Kerry was given the first task of the series by Big Brother when she was told to "be a diva" and encouraged to throw a tantrum without letting the other housemates know she has been assigned the task.
