Kerry Katona and her mother Sue are set to star in 'Celebrity Big Brother' together, with bosses thinking they will be TV gold because of their volatile relationship
Kerry Katona and her mother Sue are set to star in 'Celebrity Big Brother'.
The outspoken blonde and her bolshie mum - who are famed for their turbulent relationship and blazing rows - will enter the house when the show re-launches on Channel 5 later this month and bosses are thrilled with the coup, as they believe the pair will make great television.
An insider told the Daily Star newspaper: "Their screaming matches are the stuff of legend. With these two in the house it will probably shake.
"When they go at one another, it's like a couple of screaming fishwives. 'Big Brother' has become legendary for its battles and these two could spark some of the best ever."
Mother-of-four Kerry - who has battled drink and drug addiction in the past - has reportedly signed up for the show in a bid to clear her debts.
However, her relationship with her mum has always been volatile.
Sue has previously accused Kerry of getting her hooked on drugs, while Kerry insisted Sue had introduced to her illegal substances when she was just 14, and she cut off all contact after Sue was planning to write a tell-all book about her.
At the time Kerry said: "She's a nasty piece of work. The only peace I'll get from that woman is when she's dead."
Other stars rumoured to be taking part in the show - which kicks off on August 18 - are Pamela Anderson, Amy Childs and Jedward.
