Sally Lindsay worried about drinking with Loose Women
Sally Lindsay says she won't be able to keep up with the drinking antics of her fellow 'Loose Women' stars because being a mother to her 10-month-old twin boys is too exhausting.
Sally Lindsay won't be able to keep up with the drinking antics of her fellow 'Loose Women' stars.
The former 'Coronation Street' actress is joining the panel of the ITV1 daytime show and while she will be happy to join in the lively debates, she won't be accompanying them on their legendary boozy nights out.
The 38-year-old star - who gave birth to twin boys, Victor and Louie, last September - told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I've got to be up at 5am, so if it's an early finish I don't mind drinking, but not a big one like them. I couldn't keep up."
However, Sally is worried she will have to undergo a drinking ignition when she joins so the current panellists, who include Carol McGiffin and Denise Welch, can be sure she will fit in.
She said: "They might chuck me off if I don't do one."
Sally recently revealed she had no idea she was replacing Kate Thornton and Zoe Tyler on 'Loose Women', after the two were sacked and she and Carol Voderman were drafted in.
The 'Mount Pleasant' actress star said: "I felt a bit bad about that because I didn't actually know that anybody was leaving, I thought there was like a big gang of panellists.
"I think there's about 15 women who do it because they change it all the time but honestly I didn't know about it and I do feel bad about it. It's not the best thing to happen, is it?"
