Nick Hewer thinks Helen Milligan will win tonight's (17.07.11) final of 'The Apprentice'.
The former PR guru - who acts as an advisor to show boss Lord Alan Sugar - has tipped the CEO's assistant to emerge victorious in the BBC One show, but thinks she needs to soften her image first.
He told the Daily Mail newspaper: "Helen is a beautiful young woman. She's decided she's the ice-cool corporate maid with the bun, but she's a winner - if only she'd undo her hair."
While he is confident Helen can win and handle starting a business with Lord Sugar, Nick doesn't think fellow finalist Susan Ma, 21, is ready for it.
He said: "So who'll clinch it? If there's a weak one in there I'd say, 'Come back Susan in three or four years and you'd wipe the floor with the rest of them.' "
Nick - who has appeared in all seven series of the show - also gave his views on the other finalists, Jim Eastwood and Tom Pellereau, saying: "Jim is very competent; I think he's read a lot of self-help books... He's manipulative, quite daunting as an operator, a great salesman, but I don't find him charming.
"Tom? I like him. He's a gentleman, but whether he can beat people like Jim, who'll trip him up or persuade him to fall over."
The final episode of 'The Apprentice' airs tonight at 9pm on BBC One.
