A new show about teenage fathers is to air on MTV UK & Ireland.
'Teen Dad' - a brand new show inspired by hit US programme 'Teen Mom' - follows six young lads from all around the UK as they face the highs and lows of being a young parent.
Each episode features a different first-time father - who were each filmed over a three-month period - and shows how they are coping with their new-found responsibilities and how their lives have changed.
They include Reece from Liverpool, Karl from Dorset, Dougie from Glasgow, Jon from Kent and Luke from Leeds, all of whom admit being a young father wasn't what they had in mind for their lives.
Reece - who has baby Heidi with girlfriend Kayleigh - said: "I was 18 when I found out I was gonna be a dad, it was scary like. Not many people have kids young. It's just one of them things. It's happened."
Dougie - who has split up from son Dominic's mother, Heather - added: "He's my son and I wouldn't want anyone else to take my place. But I feel like I'm being pushed aside.
"I never had a father figure around me, so I don't know how to be a dad."
The six-part series will kick off on MTV on 27th July at 9pm.
