David Walliams is keen for Will Ferrell to appear on his new comedy panel show 'Wall of Fame'

David Walliams wants Will Ferrell to appear on his new quiz show.

The 'Little Britain' star will host the new celebrity news-based comedy panel show 'Wall of Fame' for Sky1, and thinks the US actor would be a great addition to the line-up.

Although he is worried about his celebrity knowledge.

He said: "Will Ferrell would be brilliant. But I don't know if he'd know much about Jordan and Kerry Katona."

David jumped at the opportunity to take part in the programme, but admitted he hates the publicity campaign for the show which involves huge posters of him being plastered everywhere.

He added to heat magazine: "Well I really liked the idea of having this screen behind me with 25 faces and all the answers are to do with those celebrities.

"And like all those shows, it's an opportunity to have some fun. The only weird thing about doing this show is that Sky do these huge advertising campaigns, so there are these massive posters of my face everywhere. I can only apologise for that."
