Elen Rivas is ''fine'' about former fiance Frank Lampard's recent proposal to 'Daybreak' host Christine Bleakley.
Elen Rivas is "fine" about Christine Bleakley and Frank Lampard's engagement announcement.
The 36-year-old model - who has two children, Luna, five, and four-year-old Isla, with former fiance Frank - explained she has dealt with the fact that the Chelsea star has found love with the 'Daybreak' presenter because she's "moved on" since they parted ways in 2008.
She told MailOnline: "It's fine. I've moved on. It's been so long."
However, the former 'Dancing On Ice' contestant - whose recent romance with Peter Andre came to an end in April - then posted cryptic messages on her twitter page, suggesting "every thought counts" when a person is building their character.
She tweeted: "Honestly is only possible when we check our conscience and remain true to our highest values..
"When u build a house, every brick counts; when u build character, every thought counts. So let me think constructively. (sic)"
Meanwhile, in the past, Elen has admitted she found it "hard" to see Frank find love with Northern Irish beauty Christine.
She said: "I was heartbroken when we separated. I suppose I thought maybe, just maybe, we'd get back together, so it was hard seeing him with another woman."
