Tulisa Contostavlos is making "sensational" TV on 'The X Factor'.
After taking over from Cheryl Cole on the panel of the ITV1 show, the N-Dubz star has impressed bosses with her "no-nonsense attitude" and is said to have brought a new bitchiness to the series, which has even caught the eye of music mogul Simon Cowell.
An insider told the Daily Star newspaper: "Tulisa looks sensational on camera and we think fans will love her no-nonsense attitude.
"Everyone thought she would be the weak link on the panel. But it's the total opposite. This girl is a star."
Meanwhile, Tulisa has taken a swipe against Cheryl - the ex-wife of Chelsea football star Ashley Cole - saying she doesn't want to make her name as a WAG.
Speaking on David Walliams' new panel show 'Wall of Fame', she said: "I'd say about 80 per cent of men cheat - sorry, guys.
"I don't want to be known for being a WAG."
Despite not wanting to be compared to the Geordie beauty, Tulisa - who judges 'The X Factor' alongside Louis Walsh, Gary Barlow and Kelly Rowland - has reportedly shocked audiences with how much she physically resembles Cheryl.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "People couldn't believe how similar she looked, with her hair and a dress that looked like it had come from Cheryl's wardrobe. They kept doing double takes."
