Jocelyn Brown was voted off 'Popstar to Operastar' last night (12.06.11).
The soul diva became the second celebrity to leave the ITV1 show after finding herself in the bottom two alongside Toploader's Joseph Washbourn and the panel chose to send Jocelyn home after deciding she had "let herself down".
Judge Vanessa Mae said: "One of them is a legend. Because of that, I expected so much more of them. Based on that performance, the person who let themselves down was Jocelyn."
Jocelyn was gracious in defeat claiming she had given the competition a "good try".
She said: "I feel that I have gone on a nice journey and that I have learned a lot and I'm really comfortable with the fact the nobody is going to learn something like that that fast.
"I gave it a good try and that's the best that you can do."
The other stars to make it through were Erasure singer Andy Bell and former Steps star Claire Richards.
The talent show - hosted by Myleene Klass - continues next weekend.
