Jonathan Ross praises magic show
TV presenter Jonathan Ross has described the 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' magicians as ''one of the truly great acts in show business''
Jonathan Ross thinks magicians Penn and Teller are one of best acts in showbiz.
The chat show host is set to present 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' on ITV1 this summer following a successful pilot show earlier this year, and admitted he is very fortunate to be able to work with the eccentric duo.
He said: "When I got the call asking to be part of 'Fool Us' I was thrilled. I have been a fan of Penn and Teller since I first saw them live in New York over 20 years ago and have seen them perform many times since.
"I believe they are one of the truly great acts in show business and still can't quite believe my luck to be working with them."
The programme will feature Penn and Teller wowing the audience with their own stunts, as well as challenging illusionists and magicians to fool them by performing a baffling trick - and those who are successful will win a five-star trip to Las Vegas and possibly the chance to perform in the duo's stage show.
Jonathan added: "Just because I am one of their biggest fans doesn't mean I won't get a kick out of seeing them being fooled - so I am really rooting for all the challengers to pull the wool over the eyes of the little and large of the magic world."
