Robbie Williams is being lined up as a judge on new BBC talent show 'The Voice'.
The Take That singer - whose bandmate Gary Barlow has been confirmed for the judging panel of rival ITV1 show 'The X Factor' - could be set to join the likes of 'Someone Like You' hitmaker Adele and former 'X Factor' judge Dannii Minogue on the panel of the new reality series.
With the US version of the show - judged by Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine - being a huge hit across the pond, BBC bosses are hoping Robbie and Gary's rivalry would make the series a likely contender to steal The X Factor's crown.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "They still have healthy rivalry and this would kick in if they were on opposing shows.
"Robbie would be great, particularly with his rivalry with Gary."
Meanwhile, Kelly Rowland is believed to have signed up to the judging panel of 'The X Factor', taking over from Dannii Minogue after her commitments on 'Australia's Got Talent' meant she wouldn't be able to appear on both shows.
In the past, Kelly said: "'The X Factor' is an amazing show. I love Simon because he's so honest. Everything he says I agree with".
Music mogul Simon Cowell was reportedly keen to sign the former Destiny's Child singer to the show because of her "sense of humour".
A source said: "Kelly was always the one with the best sense of humour in Destiny's Child. She'll be a great addition to the show."
Elsewhere, N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos has been in talks to replace Cheryl Cole - who quit the talent series to launch the 'US X Factor' - and join Gary, Kelly and past just Louis Walsh on the panel.
