Christine Bleakley says Frank Lampard has a "calming effect" on her.
The 'Daybreak' presenter admitted she is nervous about hosting the L'Oreal Paris National Movie Awards in front of a 12,500-strong live audience on ITV1 tonight (11.05.11) and is glad her boyfriend will be there to support her.
She told The Sun newspaper: "I've got terrible butterflies. It's probably the largest live audience I've presented to.
"But Frank really is fantastic. I like him being there, he's a calming effect that I need on nights like this - a friendly face in the audience. I go to watch him and he is incredibly supportive of me."
The Northern Irish beauty - who has been dating the Chelsea and England footballer since October 2009 - recently revealed Frank even wakes up with her when she gets up at 3am for her early morning show.
She said: "Frank is very good. He'll say good morning and be really very pleasant and loving. I will peel myself out of bed, get dressed and then go back and say, 'See you later' and give him a little kiss and he'll say, 'I'll be watching'."
The L'Oreal Paris National Movie Awards is on ITV1 from 8pm tonight.
