Eight Scottish acts confirmed for T in the Park 2011

Emma’s Imagination

Scottish music festival T in the Park has added Big Country, Jon Fratelli, Roddy Woomble, Twin Atlantic, Emma’s Imagination, The Phantom Band, Found and Jack Townes to the 2011 bill.

Lead vocals are now handled by Mike Peters, formerly of The Alarm. Original vocalist Stuart Adamson died in 2001.

Rising rock stars Twin Atlantic, who have just released their second album Free, are also confirmed, along with fellow Glaswegians The Phantom Band, Edinburgh-based Found and Jack Townes, a recent support act to The View. Emma’s Imagination, the recent winner of Sky One’s Must Be The Music show, also joins a line-up that boasts plenty of Scottish talent already, with Primal Scream, The View, KT Tunstall, Calvin Harris, Silicone Soul and Slam already confirmed.
