EastEnders' Kat and Alfie to welcome new arrival
EastEnders' Kat and Alfie Moon are to be faced with another new arrival when they return home from a holiday in Spain with pal Martina's daughter Shenice in tow.
EastEnders' Kat and Alfie Moon are to be faced with another new arrival.
The pint-pulling pair - played by Jessie Wallace and Shane Richie - have only just been reunited with their baby Tommy after disturbed Ronnie Branning (Samantha Womack) swapped his body with that of her tot James, who tragically died from cot death on New Year's Eve (31.12.10).
However, the duo look set to play parents to another child when they go on holiday to Spain catch up with Kat's old pal Martina (Tamara Wall) and her adorable daughter Shenice.
With Alfie having grown close to Shenice - played by former 'EastEnders' actress Lacey Turner's younger sister Lily Harvey - when she and her mum last visited Walford, he and Kat attempt to convince Martina the youngster would be better off with them.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "Kat and Alfie have just got their family back together when they turn up with another kid in tow. Poor old Shenice has not been having a great time with her mum, who won't win any prizes for mother of the year.
"Martina may be an old friend, but Kat is fed up because she keeps neglecting her daughter and going off on the razz. She seems incapable of settling down.
"So she and Alfie convince Martina that Shenice would be better off with them in Walford. Alfie missed her like mad."
