EastEnders' new love triangle
EastEnders' Tanya Branning will always love cheating former husband Max and could be set to embark on a steamy affair with him, according to actress Jo Joyner
EastEnders' Tanya Branning could find herself stuck in a love triangle with her former and present husbands.
Jo Joyner - who plays the confused mum - thinks her alter-ego still has feelings for her former spouse Max Branning, and although she appears to be happy with handyman Greg Jessop (Stefan Booth) she will always go back to bad boy Max.
She said: "If Tanya reunited with Max I'd despair. But I do understand her. Some people are like dogs and Tanya is ultimately a one-man woman.
"But she shouldn't mess with Greg. She needs to either live with Max knowing she'll never be the only woman in his life or stay on her own."
Tanya and Max's relationship originally began when he was married to his first wife and Jake Wood - who plays the love cheat - thinks it could be time for their relationship to come "full circle".
He added to Soaplife magazine: "Max and Tanya are intertwined. It's never felt to me like they are going over old ground. Their relationship started as an affair - she was a babysitter and Max was married at the time. If that comes around again it's full circle for them."
