Chantelle Houghton has had the "toughest week" of her life following her split from Rav Wilding.
The former 'Celebrity Big Brother' winner- whose six-month relationship with the 'Crimewatch' presenter came to an abrupt end last week after a blazing row in a London park - admitted their public break-up demonstrated her former flame's "aggressive" nature.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "You give six months of your life to someone - you don't expect this treatment. Everyone could see it was aggressive. I've had such a horrible week - it's been the toughest week of my life.
"For a girl, especially, it's been horrible. No girl wants to go through this. I find it really painful to talk about. I'm hurt - and I don't feel good at the moment.
The 27-year-old beauty - who was formerly married to fellow 'Celebrity Big Brother' star Samuel Preston - recently explained her previous marriage had been the source of many arguments between her and Rav.
Chantelle said: "We have little rows - Rav finds it really hard that I've been married before. I don't like someone wanting to change my past because I wouldn't change it for anything. I don't regret any of it."
