Ant and Dec mocked by BGT impersonator
'Britain's Got Talent' contestant Les Gibson is to give a much praised audition where he impersonates hosts Ant and Dec this weekend.
A contestant is to wow the 'Britain's Got Talent' judges with his impressions of presenters Ant and Dec.
Les Gibson auditioned for Amanda Holden, David Hasselhoff and Michael McIntyre on the ITV1 show with a spoof of the Newcastle duo hosting celebrity jungle reality series 'I'm A Celebrity . Get Me Out Of Here!'.
He began by spoofing Ant and then moved on to impersonating Dec, which received wild cheers from the audience.
However, it was evident Ant was far more impressed than his onscreen partner.
He joked: "I prefer my one. I don't think you're that camp normally, I don't think you normally sound like that."
Les is not the first impressionist to appear on the show, last year Ant and Dec tipped contestant Paul Burling to go all the way in the competition, which was eventually won by gymnastic troupe Spelbound.
They said: "Finally we had Paul Burling who Piers Morgan said was possibly greatest impressionist they'd ever had on the show. Trust us when we say that a standing ovation for a non-singer is no mean feat. Could a non singer/dancer actually go all the way and win this year's BGT?? Thoughts please? (sic)"
