Dermot O'Leary has moved into a £3.5 million London mansion with his girlfriend.
The 'X Factor' host is now rumoured to be preparing to propose to his long-term partner, TV producer Dee Koppang, since the pair have finally bought a house together in the capital's exclusive Primrose Hill area after nine years of dating.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Dermot's a big kid at heart. Dee is often away working in Los Angeles but she's been spending more and more time in the UK so wants them to live together.
"He's earned some decent cash over the years having landed 'The X Factor' gig, so now it's time for him to spend it. Don't be surprised if the next thing he splashes out on is a sparkler for Dee. She'd love that."
Dermot has made no secret of wanting to marry Dee, but the couple have been taking their relationship slowly.
He said in 2009: "Of course I want to get married and I'd be gutted if she didn't say the same thing. She's a career-orientated girl. There are things she needs to do before we get married, and I'm cool about it."
Although they are moving in after nearly nine years together, Dermot's friends say it was difficult for Dee to convince him to move from his home close to his beloved soccer team Arsenal's ground in Islington, North London.
The source added: "He loves Dee to bits but he's enjoyed having his semi-bachelor life at his own place. It's a wrench to drag him away from Arsenal - he's a season ticket-holder and goes to every home game."
