Peter Andre made a blunder live on TV.

The 37-year-old star - who presented backstage from last week's BRIT Awards for ITV2 - admitted he learned the perils of live TV when he mistakenly asked teen singing sensation Justin Bieber how it felt to have presented an award.

He explained: "I had such a great night presenting from the red carpet at the Brits for ITV2. There was a bit of a glitch when I spoke to Justin Bieber - I was told he was presenting an award but he wasn't, so he looked a bit confused when I asked him about it.

"But it wasn't a big deal and these things happen on live TV."

Despite the "glitch", Peter - who raises three children with ex-wife Katie Price, Harvey, eight, five-year-old Junior and Princess Tiaamii, three - loved his presenting duties and was thrilled when Justin recorded a special message for Junior.

He added: "He was a lovely guy and even did a special message on camera to Junior when I told him he was a fan. I told him Junior calls him Justin Beaver, which he found really funny.

"I also interviewed Take That, Lewis Hamilton, Fearne Cotton and James Corden, among others, and I loved every minute of it."
