Jeff Brazier believes 'Dancing On Ice' has brought him closer to his sons.
The 31-year-old TV host admitted he loves taking part in the ITV1 show because it helps him bond with his two young sons - Bobby, seven, and six-year-old Freddy - as well as teaching him good lessons for life.
He said: "The boys love it. Bobby's so sensitive though, he cried when I fell over. But there's a good lesson to learn from it which I've been saying to them - it's not about falling, it's about how you get up.
"But they're proud of their dad and I think it's bringing us closer. They can ask me all about the show and they see me going through this huge range of emotions."
While Jeff and the boys are very close now, he admits they went through a tough period recently as Bobby and Freddy slowly came to terms with the death of their mother, former 'Big Brother' star Jade Goody, who died from cancer in 2009 aged just 27.
He added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "For 10 months it was almost eerie. It was like they were almost unaffected by it all. And then we had six months of absolute hell where I could barely keep up with what was happening.
"It spiralled out of control so quickly. There were more changes in those six months than I've ever had to go through. It was by far the most difficult period of my life."
