James Corden keen to work with Mat Horne again
James Corden would work with his 'Gavin & Stacey' co-star Mathew Horne again in a ''heartbeat''.
James Corden would work with Mathew Horne again in a "heartbeat".
The TV funnyman worked with Mathew on hit sitcom 'Gavin & Stacey', sketch show 'Horne and Corden' and film 'Lesbian Vampire Killers', and while they are currently taking a professional break from each other, James would love to team up once more.
He said: "I would work with Mat again in a heartbeat. That whole time of working with Mat when we made the sketch show and were in that film, you learn from that. What you realise is you can't make anything without mistakes."
James also revealed he would love to do another Christmas special of 'Gavin & Stacey' and reprise his role of Smithy.
He added to The Sun newspaper: "I miss it so much, Smithy, all the characters, writing it and the filming of it. I would love us to do a Christmas special one day. But you just have to find the right time to do it correctly in the right manner and have enough time to make it make it good and shoot it properly.
"I find it overwhelming that people mention it in the same breath as 'The Royle Family or 'The Office', which mean the world to me."
