Davina McCall vows no more Big Brother
Davina McCall has vowed never to return to 'Big Brother', even if the reality TV show is revived by another channel.
Davina McCall will never return to 'Big Brother'.
The 43-year-old TV presenter - who fronted the reality show on Channel 4 since it began in 2000 until it was axed earlier this year - explained she won't be hosting the series again if it is revived by another channel.
She said: "It would be very difficult to step back in time. I feel like I've emotionally said goodbye."
However, Davina - who is currently hosting the second series of Sky1's talent search 'Got To Dance' - recently admitted she can't imagine a summer without 'Big Brother'.
She confessed: "It is sad. It is really sad. The crew and I had one of those appreciative moments when we told each other how great it has been.
"I told them I will really, really miss them all. I mean what will summer be like next year without 'Big Brother'?"
However, she is pleased to be getting her life back, and is looking forward to going on family holidays - something she wasn't able to do while 'Big Brother' was on.
Davina added: "Yay! I get my summers back and have a life again. Ooh, I can have barbecues and go out to dinner parties. I hope I do get invited out again and people won't just assume I'm not around.
"For 13 weeks of summer I get invited to nothing. I can't wait. I can even go on holiday."
