Glen Power looking forward to Christmas at home
The Script drummer Glen Power is looking forward to spending Christmas at home in Dublin because he has had so little time off this year
Glen Power can't wait to spend Christmas in Dublin.
The Script drummer revealed he has been so busy touring with bandmates Danny O'Donoghue and Mark Sheehan this year that he is counting down the days until he can go home to Ireland and not need to leave the house for anything.
He said: "We get three weeks off for Christmas this year because we've been so busy touring. I'm going home to Dublin and I'm not going near an airport for those three weeks."
Although he is looking forward to catching up with family and friends, Glen already knows the first place he will go when he gets off the plane - his favourite pub in the city to enjoy a typically Irish drink.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I just want to sit in the heart of Dublin and have a pint of Guinness in Keogh's in Grafton Street - that's one of my favourite spots."
The Script's single 'Nothing' is out now.
