Guest judges to appear on Britain's Got Talent
'Britain's Got Talent' will feature a whole host of guest judges in 2011, with Louis Walsh, Sharon Osbourne, James Corden, Cilla Black and Paul O'Grady all rumoured to be joining the panel.
'Britain's Got Talent' will feature a whole host of guest judges in 2011.
The ITV1 show - which is to be judged by Amanda Holden, David Hasselhoff and comedian Michael McIntyre, with music mogul Simon Cowell joining the panel for the final stage of the competition - will follow in the footsteps of 'The X Factor' and use new names to spice up the format of the series.
An insider explained: "It's going to be mega. Simon saw how bringing new people on board on 'The X Factor' last summer, like Nicole Scherzinger and Geri Halliwell, really gave the show a lift.
"Now he wants to do the same on 'Britain's Got Talent'. Viewers will already see two new faces on the panel - The Hoff and Michael. But Simon wants to mix things up and have more new faces."
Louis Walsh - who stepped in for Simon on last year's show - as well as 'America's Got Talent' judge Sharon Osbourne, comedian James Corden, TV veteran Cilla Black and chat show host Paul O'Grady are all among the names in the frame to join the panel as guest judges.
The source added to the Daily Star newspaper: "Last year, Louis stepped in for Simon on 'Britain's Got Talent' because he was ill and it brought a new dimension to the show and the panel. He wants to do the same next year."
