Alison Hammond has advised other stars against appearing on 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!'
The 35-year-old TV presenter - who shot to fame after appearing in reality series 'Big Brother' in 2002 - admitted her jungle experience was much tougher than she'd initially anticipated.
She said: "I don't think it's something I'd want to do again, I wouldn't encourage other celebrities to do it because it is really, really tough. But I enjoyed my experience, I'm glad it was quite short because I had a great time when I came out!"
Alison explained she found it "difficult" to establish herself within the camp after arriving later than her fellow contestants, and was given her worst nightmare in terms of tasks.
She added to ITV1's 'This Morning': "I just think that the fact I went in late, it really was quite difficult to establish myself, and also the only person I actually knew was Stacey and when I walked in she was fast asleep.
"As soon as I said I'd do a trial, I then saw the word Star Bugs I started to panic because of all the trials I didn't want to do it was the eating trial ... and I remember my mum saying make sure you do the trials and do your best ... but on my gosh - I was eating live cockroaches!"
