Patsy Kensit voted off Strictly Come Dancing
Former 'Holby City' star Patsy Kensit has become the eighth celebrity to be voted off 'Strictly Come Dancing' but admits she knew her ''time was up''
Patsy Kensit has become the eighth celebrity to be voted off 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The former 'Holby City' star and partner Robin Windsor were eliminated from the BBC One show last night (28.11.10) after finding themselves in the bottom two with Gavin Henson and Katya Virshilas and ultimately receiving the fewest number of viewer votes for their tango the previous evening.
Patsy - who earlier in the week had admitted she felt her "time was up" on the celebrity talent show - said: "You know what, I've had the most incredible time. It's been the most beautiful experience."
The actress had earlier been panned by the judges who said she wasn't as good as her competitors.
Craig Revel Horwood said she lacked flair, while Len Goodman warned the couple they hadn't taken "enough risks" throughout the competition.
But far from being upset about leaving, the 42-year-old star claimed the show was the most "amazing distraction" after splitting from fourth husband DJ Jeremy Healy in April.
She also admitted she was looking forward to settling back into life as a normal mother to sons James, 18, and Lennon, 11.
