Lucie Jones gives hopeful models advice

Lucie Jones says confidence is the key when trying to make it in the modelling industry.
The Welsh beauty - who was signed to Select Model Management earlier this year after appearing on the last series of 'X Factor' - says girls must feel comfortable with bodies if they are to stand any chance of making it in the fashion industry because a lack of confidence will come through in photos.
Lucie - who will be singing live at the Clothes Show Live at the NEC in Birmingham and will be signing autographs on the Select Model stand where she will be helping to scout future models on December 5 - exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I genuinely think that to be a model, you've got to be comfortable with yourself. Everyone's got hang-ups about their bodies but you really do need to be comfortable with yourself. If you're doing a photo shoot and you've had a bad week, and you've been eating loads of bad food, and don't feel confident about what you're about to do, you'll just look like a rabbit in headlights and it's not a good look.
"You have to be able to go in front of the camera and throw yourself into it. And forget all about the little hang-ups you've got about your body because they they'll make you look good because that's what they do! It's all in your eyes and all in your face. I really think any girl coming to the stall should just be really confident and say, 'I wanna be a model!' But there is a fine line between confidence and arrogance."
