Gillian McKeith faced a Bush Tucker Trial for the second consecutive day on 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!' last night (16.11.10).

The TV nutritionist - who fainted during her first challenge on Monday - was forced to compete against Happy Mondays frontman Shaun Ryder in the 'School Dinners' trial, which saw the pair faced with five courses of gruesome gastronomic delights.

Prior to embarking on the task, Gillian admitted she wouldn't be prepared to compromise her beliefs to win an evening meal for Camp Sheila.

She said: "I do want to help. I'd love to go back with a little star. I feel a bit deflated because I have certain beliefs about the way I live my life and I don't want to compromise those beliefs and I don't eat animals."

While the trial got off to a good start, with Gillian declaring the Queasy Cheesy Flan "delicious", things quickly took a turn for the worse.

The nutrition expert refused to eat Spag Bull - bull's tongue and beach worms - Smelly and Ice Cream, a jelly made up of crocodile eyes, crickets, worms and cockroaches, and Spotted Dick, which was a sponge pudding containing crocodile penis.

Brave Shaun tucked in with gusto and at one point, Gillian even told him to mind his table manners.

She scolded: "Don't speak when you're eating. It's disgusting. Chew first, swallow, then speak. I don't want to look at it right now. It will make me vomit."

After a final course of Spoiled Egg and Soldiers - made up of a fermented and aged egg duck - Shaun emerged victorious with a five stars to Gillian's one.

The TV star's latest strop is likely to cause more tension in Camp Sheila, where former Bond girl Britt Ekland is already growing tired of Gillian's many phobias.
