Comedian duo to enter the jungle
British comedians Dom Joly and Jenny Eclair are reportedly set to join the 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!' line-up later today (17.11.10)
Comedians Dom Joly and Jenny Eclair are reportedly set to join 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!' today (17.11.10).
The pair - who are set to be accompanied by 'This Morning' presenter Alison Hammond later in the week - are among eight stars who have been lined up to enter the jungle in case any of the current celebrities decide to leave the ITV1 show.
Jenny said: "One moment I was in my bath in Camberwell, the next I was at Heathrow. I'm on the reserve bench. I think there are eight of us.
"I hope I'm fourth on the list because I have a horrible feeling I could lose it in minutes. I don't like spiders and snakes."
Bosses of the jungle-based reality show are said to be concerned TV nutritionist Gillian McKeith will quit 'I'm A Celeb...' after being faced with three consecutive gruesome Bush Tucker Trials.
An insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "The producers have had to take drastic action. Gillian looks to be on the edge of a walk-out.
"We don't expect Gillian to last the week, even though medical staff agreed to make her exempt from the next trial. Alison is poised to enter the camp at a moments notice if Gillian decides to storm out."
