Patsy Kensit is being lined up to join the 'Britain's Got Talent' judging panel.
The 42-year-old actress - who is currently competing in BBC One's 'Strictly Come Dancing' - has reportedly been invited to dinner by music mogul and 'BGT' boss Simon Cowell to discuss her future TV career and a potential place on the panel.
Current judge Amanda Holden is said to be struggling to juggle the pressures of her role on the ITV1 show and playing Princess Fiona in the musical 'Shrek', while Simon is quitting the series to launch 'The X Factor' stateside and Piers Morgan has signed a multi-million pound US chat show deal.
An insider explained: "Simon is working hard to finalise the judges. There may be wholesale changes. Michael McIntyre and Peter Kay are also on a list but they'd break the bank."
Meanwhile, 'Little Britain' funnyman David Walliams is reportedly considering accepting a £500,000 offer to join the show's judging panel.
However, he is said to be unsure about sharing the limelight with fellow comedians Paul O'Grady and James Corden after hearing they too were in the running for the role.
A source recently revealed: "David is a huge fan of the show. It's a big offer, but he's holding out for more.
"He won't commit until he knows exactly who else is on board. David's unsure about being on the panel with another comedian. He wouldn't want to be in a battle for the limelight with another quick-fire joker."
