Jungle dictator Britt Ekland
Former Bond girl Britt Ekland has revealed she plans to assume the role of dictator in 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!'
Britt Ekland expects to be the "dictator" of the group in 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!'.
The former Bond girl - who is to be joined on the show by an eclectic mix of stars, including Olympic gold medalist Linford Christie, 'X Factor' finalist Stacey Solomon and politician Lembit Opik - has revealed she plans to be upfront with her fellow contestants when they are annoying her.
She explained: "Being an actress and having had children, life has to be immensely organised. I am used to being in charge. I am a little bit of a dictator.
"If someone is being annoying, I will try to explain to him or her that it is not appropriate behaviour. I am actually hoping the jungle will teach me to let go. I am the type who needs to be in control."
The 68-year-old actress - who has enjoyed high-profile romances with actor Peter Sellers and rocker Rod Stewart - also admitted she isn't afraid about stripping off in front of cameras on the jungle-based show.
She said: "I think people will be surprised to see me in a way I have not been seen before. They will see me as very unglamorous. Stripping down is not a problem for me. Sleep deprivation is also fine. I am an actress. I am used to deprivation."
Britt will also be joined on the new series of 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!' by ex-WAG Sheryl Gasgoine, nutrition expert Gillian McKeith, singer Shaun Ryder, former 'Coronation Street' star Nigel Havers, Playboy bunny Kayla Collins, and rapper Aggro Santos.
'I'm A Celeb ...' starts on Sunday (14.11.10) on ITV1.
