Linford Christie, Britt Ekland and Nigel Havers have all been confirmed for this year's 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'.
The Olympic champion, the actress and the former 'Coronation Street' star will head to the Australian outback, where they will join the likes of TV presenter Gail Porter, 'X Factor' star Stacey Solomon and ex-WAG Sheryl Gascoigne in a bid to be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle.
Sources at the ITV1 show - which is hosted by Ant and Dec - are hoping this year's line-up will be a hit with fans after last year's plan to bring back Katie Price backfired.
One said: "We got our fingers burnt last year getting Katie in. She hogged the limelight and viewers got fed up with it. Now we're going back to basics with great celebs and all the nastiness viewers love.
"We say this every year but this time we really mean it - this is the best line-up ever."
Other stars to enter the jungle include Happy Mondays star Shaun Ryder, former 'Big Brother' contestant Alison Hammond, nutritionist Gillian McKeith, ex-politician Lembit Opik, comedian Dom Joly and rapper Aggro Santos.
When the celebrities arrive in the jungle, they will be split into two camps with one group sleeping while the others stay in a luxury villa.
The insider added to The Sun newspaper: "The idea is to cause some rows from day one when the rough sleepers work out how they've been had and the luxury lot get all smug."
The 10th series of 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' kicks off on ITV1 on Sunday (14.11.10).
