Paloma Vivanco was fired from 'The Apprentice' last night (03.11.10).
The London-based marketing manager talked her way into a firing from Lord Alan Sugar after failing to deliver as project manager, and then turning the blame on fellow contestants Sandeesh Samrao and Alex Epstein.
Self-made multi-millionaire Lord Sugar criticised the 30-year-old businesswoman for launching a personal attack on unemployed head of communications Alex, in which she referred to him as "an irritant".
Delivering his verdict, he said: "Paloma, I don't like your last outburst and from my 40 years in business and my personal instinct, I don't like what I've seen across the table today.
"You've talked yourself out of this and if you had shut up a while back it may be someone else going."
However, Peruvian-born Paloma thinks her sacking on the BBC One show is something Lord Sugar will live to regret.
She explained: "The key reason that Lord Sugar got rid of me was because I got a little too lippy in the boardroom. I think it's his loss to be honest."
