Wagner's video bust-up
Wagner Fiuza-Carrilho reportedly attempted to head-butt One Direction's Harry Styles while filming the video for the new 'X Factor' charity single
Filming for 'The X Factor' charity video descended into chaos when Wagner Fiuza-Carrilho allegedly attempted to head-butt Harry Styles.
The eccentric Brazilian - who has already received a warning from bosses of the ITV1 show for being too touchy-feely with dancers - reportedly lashed out at the One Direction star after joker Harry attempted to rugby tackle the 54-year-old hopeful as a practical joke.
Wagner was said to be furious at the stunt - which took place while the contestants were filming the video for their upcoming charity single, David Bowie's 'Heroes' - and threatened to use his black belt karate skills on the 16-year-old heartthrob.
He said: "Don't mess with a man who knows martial arts."
Although the head-butt didn't connect with Harry, Wagner was immediately warned by 'X Factor' staff about his conduct towards the other contestants.
An insider revealed: "Unfortunately no one had told Wagner what was in store. The next thing he knew Harry was play fighting him to the ground.
"Incensed, he shook Harry off and squared up to him, locking foreheads. He looked pretty scary as he snarled at Harry, warning him he was a karate expert. He then made as if to do an elaborate karate chopping movement, and shoved Harry, before staff stepped in and separated them."
However, according to onlookers, former teacher Wagner was just having a joke with the teenage hunk, and is a "big softie" at heart.
The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Wagner was just being playful. He feels like a 15-year-old boy himself and sometimes forgets that he's not. He's just a big softie at heart."
