Dr. Shibby Robati was fired from 'The Apprentice' last night (20.10.10).
The medic-turned-businessman was kicked off the reality show yesterday after Lord Alan Sugar blasted his project managing skills, and nicknamed him "Dr. Do Little" after his team Apollo lost the bread-making task.
Shibby understands why he was kicked off, but believes his Apollo teammate Shandeesh Samra was more deserving of the boot.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I completely understand why I got fired. When you put yourself forward as project manager and you lose, there's no excuse. You expect the worst, but hope for the best. I thought I had a strong case for proving that Shadeesh was justified in possibly getting fired."
Shibby brought Shandeesh and Paloma Vivanco back into the boardroom, after their team had to pay out compensation to a hotel who had ordered 1,000 bread rolls, but received just 16.
He said: "I think the other two girls, after being taken in the boardroom, they're naturally going to turn against the person that brought them in.
"I don't think they said anything particularly harsh. There's nothing to damage my professionalism or private equity business. I've been dabbling in business for a few years as a bit of a hobby, but you know I'm quite good at my hobbies.
"I don't have any regrets. It's been an experience which I'll take with me and hopefully be able to learn from in the future as well. I've made a lot of good friends, who I genuinely grew to like."
Shibby was also impressed with how hands-on Lord Alan was.
He added: "Alan's nicer than you might think. He actually takes time to talk to you, listen to you, give you advice and business tips. And he's taller than I thought!"
