Gail Porter for I'm A Celeb...
Scottish TV presenter Gail Porter is reportedly preparing to appear in 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' alongside former WAG Lizzie Cundy.
Gail Porter is set to appear in this year's 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'
The Scottish TV presenter is said to be "thrilled" about appearing in the jungle reality show and is due to sign her contract this week, along with former footballer's wife Lizzie Cundy.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "The girls are signing contracts this week. It's a done deal."
Gail is reportedly trying to revive her career after battling alopecia for several years, and Lizzie is hoping for a new start after recently splitting from her ex-soccer player husband Jason Cundy amid rumours he had an affair.
Friends of the former WAG are hopeful Lizzie's time in the jungle will allow her to get over the split.
One said: "It will do her the world of good. She has been through a really tough time lately."
The news of Gail and Lizzie's attendance comes shortly after Olympic sprinter Linford Christie apparently signed up for the gruelling jungle-based show, which TV insiders promise will include some "absolutely horrendous" tasks.
One of these will include eating a crocodile's bottom as part of one of the competition's Bushtucker Trials.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Every year presents a new challenge as we want to give them something absolutely horrendous. So we're going to serve up a crocodile's bum. It will probably be cooked to some degree as it might be dangerous to eat raw. But it will certainly be disgusting."
Show bosses are currently panicking because the campsite has been hit by torrential rain, which has caused blood-sucking leeches to come out of hiding.
The tenth series of 'I'm A Celeb...' is due to start next month in the Australian jungle, and will be hosted by presenting duo Ant and Dec.
