Ben Shephard returns This Morning
Former 'GMTV' presenter Ben Shephard is set to guest host 'This Morning' with Coleen Nolan next Friday (29.10.10.)
Ben Shephard and Coleen Nolan are to guest present 'This Morning' together.
The former 'GMTV' host - who left the show before it was rebranded as 'Daybreak' this summer - is set to return to ITV, where he will be joined by 'Loose Women' star Coleen on Friday October 29.
The pair previously worked together on 'Dancing On Ice Fridays' and are thrilled to be teaming up once more.
Ben said: "I've not seen Coleen since we donned purple Lycra outfits and danced our Bolero on 'Dancing On Ice Fridays' - and I'm still having nightmares! But I can't wait to work with her again; it'll be great. as long as she leaves her skates at home!"
Coleen added: "I can't wait to get back on the sofa with Ben! I loved working with him on Dancing On Ice Fridays so I know we will have a great time hosting the main show together; I'm so excited!"
Coleen joined the programme in September as part of The Hub's new presenting team, and Ben guest-hosted the show over the summer. She also sat next to John Leslie on the famous sofa back in 2001.
Regular hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford will host the show on October 25 to October 28.
Karl Newton, executive producer at 'This Morning' added: "A decade in daytime is a long time and for Coleen its gone full circle and she rejoins and reclaims her place on the famous This Morning sofa as a main host alongside Ben Shephard - a perfect combination providing a real treat for our viewers during half term."
