Tiffany Pisani admits she was so convinced she wouldn't win 'Britain's Next Top Model', that she made a £100 bet with fellow contestants

Tiffany Pisani made a £100 bet that she wouldn't win 'Britain's Next Top Model'.

The Maltese beauty - who was last night (04.10.10) chosen by the public as the winner of the 2010 series of the modelling search show - admits she was so confident nobody would vote for her to win, she put money on her coming third.

She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I'm so shocked. I really didn't think I was going to win at all. I didn't think I stood a chance to tell you the truth. I didn't think that anyone would have wanted to vote for me. I was literally convinced that I was going to come third. Me and Alisha bet each other £100 that we would come third. But we came first and second - so we both lost the bet!"

Instead, the 18-year-old model left the other finalists Joy McLaren and Alisha White - who were placed third and second respectively - in the shadows.

She said: "It feels absolutely incredible. I'm just so lucky and so happy that I've actually won it. And it was really strange because I've watched all the series before, and then I had a photoshoot with all the previous winners. It doesn't feel real.

"The whole experience has been amazing. All the people, the shoots, the live event, the girls, everything has been great

"Host Elle Macpherson came over afterwards and so did all of the other judges. They were very supportive and told me they were very proud of me, and that my career is just starting. They were lovely. She told me how proud she was of me and how far I'd come."

Tiffany's mother is now putting together a memory book for her to remind her of her time on the Living TV show.

She added: "I'm going to have the magazine cover hanging up in my house. My mum is making me a scrap book, a memory book. I'm going to try and find all the newspaper cuttings and everything so I can show it to the grandchildren one day."
