Jennifer Grey broke down on 'Dancing With The Stars' after her routine reminded her of her late pal Patrick Swayze.
The 50-year-old actress - who starred alongside Patrick in 'Dirty Dancing' back in 1987 - became emotional during training with her dance partner Derek Hough when the song 'These Arms of Mine' made her think about her old friend.
A video clip on the American dance show saw Jennifer in tears as she reminisced about the actor, who died from pancreatic cancer last year.
She told Derek: "It took me back in a time capsule, and I was with Patrick. I just missed him.
"He was like you, young and gorgeous."
Jennifer received the highest score of the evening, scooping 24 out of 30, for her Viennese waltz to the song.
Judge Bruno Tonioli told her: "I know somebody up there is going to be very proud of you."
During the evening's performance, former 'Baywatch' star David Hasselhoff and reality star Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino were joint last after earning just 15 point each, along with comedienne Margaret Cho.
Actress-and-singer Brandy Norwood and actor Kyle Massey both celebrated coming joint second with 23 points for their routines, while retired basketball player Rick Fox was placed fourth after getting 22 for his routine.
Retired NFL star Kurt Warner and 'The Hills' babe Audrina Patridge succeeded in coming fifth in the first week of live shows with 19, while Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol and 'Brady Bunch' actress Florence Henderson were jointly placed seventh after earning 18 each.
Michael Bolton narrowly missed out on filling the bottom slot after receiving just 16 points for his routine.
However, the scores given to the contestants will only count for half of the overall placing, and the public vote will also help decide who is the first to leave this evening (21.09.10).
