Jessie Wallace scared of Kat
'EastEnders' star Jessie Wallace has admitted she was initially ''scared'' she wouldn't remember how to play Kat Moon when she returned to the BBC One soap.
Jessie Wallace was "scared" she wouldn't remember how to play Kat Moon.
The 'EastEnders' star - who is set to make her return to Albert Square alongside on-screen husband Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) later this week - admits she was initially nervous about returning to the BBC One soap, but immediately "felt at home" when she stepped back into Kat's shoes.
She explained: "I was really scared at first. I didn't know what it would feel like to be playing Kat again, because I'd let her go five years ago. As soon as I walked into the Square, though, I felt like I was home. I'm having a brilliant time."
The brunette actress - who competed in BBC reality show 'Strictly Come Dancing' during her five-year break from the soap - has also revealed that Kat is set to be even more "mouthy" than she was before, despite being pregnant.
Jessie told Inside Soap magazine: "Kat's outfits are as loud as ever! It doesn't matter that she's pregnant - her clothes are still short and skintight. She's more colourful and mouthy than she was before.
"I've actually really missed it. I've missed playing Kat and missed working with Shane."
