X Factor's Cher faces old rival
'X Factor' hopeful Cher Lloyd will face arch rival Ellice Chidlow in Boot Camp, after she beat her to first place in local talent competition The Text Factor.
'X Factor' hopeful Cher Lloyd will face her arch rival at Boot Camp.
The 17-year-old contestant was beaten in local competition 'The Text Factor' - which was held at Worcester's Sin nightclub - by Ellice Chidlow, 18, in April this year and now pals fear the older singer will have the edge when they compete for a slot at the Judge's Homes stage of the contest.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Ellice is a far more accomplished performer than Cher. She is a year older and has more experience and more confidence.
"Ellice could just walk into a building and just perform whereas Cher is very nervous and often shakes before going out on stage.
"It will be interesting to see them go-to-head again but if it's self-belief that is the key, Ellice will win all the way."
Ellice - who won £2,500 for her performance of Jennifer Hudson's 'And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going' - admitted at the local contest that second-placed Cher had been the singer to beat.
She said: "I think the best contestant is Cher. She's really good."
