Ben was evicted from the 'Big Brother' house after receiving a 52 per cent share of the public vote
Ben has been evicted from the 'Big Brother' house.
The 30-year-old writer-and-broadcaster was ordered to leave the show after a receiving 52 per cent share of the public vote after he was nominated for eviction along with John James, Andrew and Dave.
During his exit interview, Ben admitted to Davina McCall that he had romantic feelings for Rachel, and appeared surprised when the host told him they were mutual.
However, he brushed off suggestions that he was a flirt who had played with people's emotions.
He said: "I made it quite clear that there were boundaries that I wouldn't cross.
"I'm the most tactile person in the world. If you love someone that's all that matters, if you want to give someone a hug, give someone a hug."
Ben also admitted part of him was relieved that his time on the show had come to an end.
He explained: "You spend half your time in there thinking, 'I'm in the Big Brother house, this is amazing', on the other hand you just think, 'I've got so many fantastic friends on the outside world'. I've really missed them."
Before his interview ended, the blonde former housemate tipped his pal Dave to win as he has "so much love and warmth."
