Audrina Patridge is to launch a TV show about her life "outside 'The Hills' bubble".
The television star is currently working with British reality show expert Mark Burnett - who brought 'Survivor' and 'The Apprentice' to US TV screens - to come up with a new programme based around the 25-year-old beauty's life and close friends and family.
Discussing plans for the programme, Audrina told BANG Showbiz: "It's still on the cards, nothing has been confirmed yet as far as the network, we're waiting for confirmation from them before we can say anything. But basically it'd be made with Mark Burnett and I'd also be producing on it. It would cover my life outside 'The Hills' bubble. I would take the cameras with me and my fans on that journey, behind the cameras as well as in front. It will feature my family and my few very close friends who usually don't go in front of the camera. It will be entirely different from 'The Hills', which is a dramatic show."
The programme - dubbed 'The Audrina Show' - has been in talks since last year, but was put on hold when the starlet returned to the final ever episode of 'The Hills'.
Despite being good friends with her 'Hills' co-stars - including Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari - Audrina has another group of pals who she has remained close to throughout her time in the MTV show.
This group will regularly appear in Audrina's new programme, and are happy to appear in front of the camera now 'The Hills' is over.
Audrina explained: "I would always have my other friends there with me. Even though they wouldn't show them on camera, they were always there. They were fine with that, because they didn't want to be involved. But now they do because they know it's outside of 'The Hills' and is about me and my friends."
The final episode of 'The Hills' will air on MTV UK on Sunday August 15 at 9pm. 'The Hills Season 5' box set is out now.
