New housemates chosen
The 'Big Brother' housemates selected Self-confessed cougar Jo, 41, 20-year-old sales assistant Laura and boxer JJ, 23, to enter the house last night (23.07.10) after being given six audition tapes to view
Three new housemates have entered the 'Big Brother' house.
Self-confessed cougar Jo, 41, 20-year-old sales assistant Laura and boxer JJ, 23, were chosen by the existing contestants after they were shown audition clips of six potential newcomers during last night's live show (23.07.10).
They were then given a minute to decide, and with John James leading the discussion, the group each voted for the three people they wanted.
However, Josie appeared upset with the choice of Laura.
The indignant Australian told her: "What was I supposed to do? I had to go with the majority."
However, Laura quickly won over Josie when she entered the house, telling her tales of the outside world - and even what John James had been saying about her in the diary room.
Speaking to her close pal - who she has been enjoying a flirtation with - the Bristolian sales rep told him: "She went, 'One time he's in the Diary Room saying how much he cares about you, the next minute he's in the Diary Room saying 'I really don't look at her like that.' "
Angry John James insisted there was no malice in his comments, and advised her not to listen.
Josie could face competition for the former body builder's affections after Jo admitted she thinks he is a "bit of a looker".
JJ also spoke highly of John James before entering the house, and revealed he has already decided to nominate Rachel because "her accent is really grinding his teeth at the moment."
