Former 'EastEnders' actress Tamzin Outhwaite admits she would love to return to Albert Square for a musical episode of the show
Tamzin Outhwaite wants to star in a musical episode of 'EastEnders'.
The 39-year-old actress - who played Melanie Owen in the BBC soap from 1998 until 2002 - admits she would consider returning to Albert Square if she was allowed to break out in song in the middle of a scene.
She said: "I would love them to do a musical episode of 'EastEnders'. Now 'Glee' is popular, maybe it will happen. It would be amazing. Can you imagine Mel breaking into song in Albert Square with Ian Beale?"
Tamzin is currently working on the judging panel of new Five reality show 'Don't Stop Believing', where she is searching to find a new musical theatre group.
The pretty actress - who has daughter Florence with her actor husband Tom Ellis - has also hinted she might have been approached to appear on reality show favourites, 'Strictly Come Dancing' and 'Dancing On Ice'.
She added to the Daily Star newspaper: "Have I been offered? All I will say is that 'Strictly.' and 'Dancing On Ice' have been talked about in our household."
