Bus dater Zoe Salmon
Former 'Blue Peter' presenter Zoe Salmon is to front Fiver's new dating show 'Love Bus', which aims to set-up single people during short dates on a bus
Zoe Salmon is to front a new dating show.
The former 'Blue Peter' presenter is to host Fiver's upcoming programme 'Love Bus', a speed-dating style show where unlucky-in-love singletons will have to impress their date during a short bus journey, before the vehicle pulls over at the next stop.
Zoe said: "I am thrilled to be presenting this fun and innovative show for Fiver. I'm looking forward to touring the country in our routemaster Love Bus, finding love matches for singletons in far-flung places. It's set to be one exciting ride!"
Zoe will guide the hopefuls through five possible love interests, who are picked up along the way.
If the pair get on, their journey will continue, but if they disagree the unlucky date will be thrown off by the driver at the next stop, where a new date will be waiting to replace them.
The couple remaining at the end of the journey will go on another date together.
The 30-year-old beauty will front 10, 30-minute shows later this year and the series will be produced by Carbon Media.
Jeff Ford, who manages the digital channels at Five, said: "I'm delighted to have secured this unique, upbeat format for Fiver. It's a refreshing approach to the dating game, and Zoe is the ideal host for this vibrant series."
