Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer want to host their own version of 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

The comedy duo - who recently returned to BBC Two to front the new series of comedy panel game show 'Shooting Stars - revealed the dance moves they choreograph are so "effective", they are thinking about hosting their own version of the hit reality television show.

Vic exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "We choreograph our own dance movements on 'Shooting Stars' and they're so effective that we've had phone calls from major dancers like Bruce Forsyth backing our techniques.

"We should host our own 'Strictly Come Dancing'."

Although Vic previously appeared alongside wife Nancy Sorrell in the fourth series of 'I'm a Celebrity. Get Me Out of Here!", he has no plans to star in a show with his comedy partner Bob.

Bob explained: "I think you've really got to want to do it. I can't see the fun of it really. Perhaps when we're old and washed up we can do something like. I don't know, 'Celebrity Poisoning'!"
